About Our Brownies
While we're not halal certified, we craft our brownies without alcohol, pork, lard, or gelatine. We want as many brownie lovers as possible to enjoy our treats!
Our handcrafted brownies stay deliciously fudgy for about 3 days at cool room temperature. Pop them in the fridge and they'll keep for about a week - just remember to bring them back to room temperature before enjoying to experience that perfect texture and flavour!
Each box comes with storage instructions, but between us - these treats rarely last long enough to worry about storage! As with all freshly baked goodies made without preservatives, they're at their absolute best when enjoyed sooner rather than later.
Yes, our recipe includes eggs, dairy (butter and chocolate), and gluten (flour). These ingredients are essential for creating that signature fudgy texture and rich flavour that makes our brownies so special.
Our brownies contain eggs, so they're not vegan, but they are suitable for lacto-ovo vegetarians. We're always exploring new recipes though, so watch this space!
While the flavours in the Magnolia box don't contain nuts, we want to be completely transparent - they are crafted in our kitchen where we also make nutty varieties. For this reason, they may not be suitable for those with severe nut allergies.
No nuts here! Our Triple Choc Brownies feature delicious white chocolate chips, while our bestselling Salted Dark Choc Brownies are sprinkled with sea salt flakes and studded with dark chocolate chips for that perfect sweet-salty balance.
Our brownie journey began with Triple Choc Brownies - featuring white chocolate chips folded into our classic brownie batter. Then came our Salted Dark Choc Brownies, which quickly captured hearts and taste buds to become our bestseller. Both are now considered our signature flavours, each offering a different but equally indulgent experience.
All our mixed boxes are equally loved! The base for every brownie is the same deliciously fudgy, chocolatey recipe - it's just the toppings and mix-ins that create different flavour experiences.
If you love nutty treats, the Hazel or Willow boxes might be your perfect match. For a nut-free experience, our Magnolia box is wonderful (and a favourite with children thanks to the Oreos!). The Linden box brings together Biscoff and Nutella with a sprinkle of cocoa nibs for a touch of crunch and hint of bitterness. And our Willow box features both our signature flavours - Triple Chocolate and Salted Dark Chocolate - for those who want to experience where it all began.
While we don't split boxes ourselves, we're happy to help you create your own gifting experience! You can purchase small empty boxes from us at $2 per box and portion out the brownies yourself - perfect for creating multiple gifts from one order.
At the moment, the flavours in each box are thoughtfully curated and fixed. We've designed each combination to create a balanced brownie experience that showcases our favourite flavour combinations.
Our inscriptions are made using specific acrylic molds to stamp messages onto fondant pieces. We've created a selection of messages suited to various occasions, so there's usually something perfect for your celebration!
We take pride in our consistent recipe that's been perfected over the years. For those who prefer less sweetness, we recommend trying our Salted Dark Chocolate brownies - the dark chocolate adds a lovely hint of bitterness that beautifully balances the sweetness of the base brownie.
Absolutely! We can leave your brownies uncut for Triple Chocolate, Salted Dark Chocolate, Walnuts, Oreos, and Cocoa Nibs varieties in our 36-piece or 64-piece boxes.
To request uncut brownies, simply mention this in the Order Notes section during checkout. Do keep in mind that brownies naturally develop cracks and have uneven surfaces - it's part of their homemade charm and shows they're authentically handcrafted!
Ordering & Delivery
You're always welcome to pop by our outlets for a spontaneous brownie fix! Our stores are freshly stocked daily with plenty of brownie boxes. However, as the day progresses, certain flavours and sizes might sell out - especially our most popular varieties. For peace of mind and to ensure you get exactly what you're craving, we recommend pre-ordering through our website before visiting.
When you order at least 2 days in advance, you'll have access to our complete menu of freshly baked-to-order brownies. During checkout, you can select your preferred delivery date or self-collection time and location. There's a minimum order of $20 for delivery, but no minimum for self-collection. This gives us the perfect amount of time to craft your brownies with care!
Need a brownie emergency sorted? We offer a limited menu for same-day delivery, despatched from our kitchen at Pandan Loop. Delivery will be anytime between 10am to 5pm.
When same-day delivery is no longer selectable, it indicates either that we've reached capacity for the day or that our final delivery batch has already left the kitchen. If an item shows as out of stock in the same-day menu, it's unfortunately not available for immediate despatch.
For same-day self-collection, simply WhatsApp our business line at 8181 3505 to check availability at your preferred outlet. We'll confirm with the store and get back to you promptly to secure your brownies. Please note that customisation options like ribbons, gift cards, and inscriptions aren't available for same-day collection reservations, as these special touches are prepared at our main kitchen for online orders.
Planning for tomorrow? You can place next-day orders from our limited online menu. If your desired item isn't showing as available, check back around 5pm when our kitchen updates the website with fresh inventory for the next day.
We offer free delivery on orders over $200 to a single location, with delivery anytime between 11am and 5pm.
For same-day and next-day deliveries on orders under $200, there's a $15 delivery charge, and delivery will be anytime between 11am to 5pm. If today's date is unavailable for selection, it means we've reached capacity for today and can no longer take anymore orders for delivery.
For pre-orders placed at least 2 days in advance that are under $200, delivery charges range from $12 to $22, depending on your chosen delivery window. Morning deliveries (11am to 1pm) have the highest premium. You'll see all available time slots and their respective charges during checkout.
While we can't offer early morning deliveries (our kitchen is busy preparing fresh batches for our outlets first thing!), we have a solution for morning events. Consider ordering for delivery the day before, and simply keep your brownies in their boxes in a cool room away from ants. They'll be perfectly fresh and ready to enjoy the next morning!
We require a 3-hour delivery window at least, as actual delivery times depend on our driver's route for that batch of deliveries. If you need brownies at a very specific time, we recommend arranging self-collection from one of our outlets and then using your preferred courier service (Grab Express, Lalamove, etc.) for precisely timed delivery. Please note that a car is preferable to a motorcycle for pickup, as the brownie toppings may melt during motorcycle transport, and larger boxes may not fit in motorcycle delivery compartments.
If nobody's home to receive your brownies, our delivery team will leave the package with the concierge/reception if available, or safely at your door/gate. We'll send you a message to let you know your treats have been delivered. For details about re-delivery options (which may incur additional charges), please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
Corporate & Bulk Orders
We'd love to bring some brownie joy to your corporate event or gifting needs! We offer bulk order discounts starting from a minimum order of $500. For corporate inquiries, please email us at contact@luciabrownies.com or message our hotline at 8181 3505, and our team will be happy to discuss your requirements.
Absolutely. We offer several ways to make your corporate order special, including company logo stickers for the boxes, personalised gift cards with custom messages and logos, and even customised flavour combinations for orders of 100 boxes or more (16-piece boxes or larger). Depending on the level of customisation, we typically need 1-2 weeks' lead time to ensure everything is perfect.
We certainly can! Each delivery location is charged at $12, with deliveries scheduled between 11am and 5pm on your chosen date. If recipients aren't home, packages will be left with concierge/reception or at the door/gate, with a notification message sent to the recipient. We recommend informing your recipients about the delivery in advance so they can make arrangements to receive their brownie surprise!
About Our Brand
Yes, we're proudly Singaporean! Our brownie journey began about 9 years ago in 2016, starting primarily as an online store with a small kitchen and storefront on the second floor of a Club Street shophouse. Back then, we baked to order and offered a full menu of cakes and brownies.
We've grown since those early days. Our Raffles City retail outlet opened in 2023, followed by our second retail outlet at CIMB Plaza in 2024, both specialising in our signature brownies.
What began as a one-woman operation has blossomed into a wonderful team of 11 passionate people working in our kitchen and outlets to create and serve our delicious, decadent brownies to our wonderful community of customers.
We get this question a lot, and we're touched that so many of you remember our cakes! While we're focusing exclusively on brownies for now, we're bringing back some favourites in a new format. Our ombre berry cheesecake and avocado lime cheesecake will be available as mini dessert tubs for walk-in purchases when our kitchen has capacity. Soon, they'll also be available on our pre-order menu for self-collection.
